WP3 : Biological evaluation

Objectives

  • Evaluation of herbal preparations, fractions and pure compounds for their antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti- inflammatory, whitening, wound healing and cytotoxic properties using TLC- bioautography screening methods, in vitro cell-free assays, antimicrobial tests and in vitro cell assays

  • Evaluation of extracts, fractions and pure compounds for their toxicity and wound healing properties in zebrafish models
